We believe that movement is one of the most important habits we can create and do for ourselves in our lives. We trust in the strength of the body to help us through the most challenging times. We absolutely recognise the need for regression in pregnancy and progression in postnatal recovery.
We value functional movement simply because we know how it benefits daily life. When you are pregnant you need strength to carry your growing bump. In postnatal you need strength to carry your beautiful baby around, feed them, look after them, pick up after them which all takes its toll. The Momme Movement is a space that promotes safe exercise for pre and postnatal women. Where we highlight the importance of stage specific exercise.
